Procurement Coordinator

Job Description
1. Manage overall procurement effort including project purchasing, expediting, transportation
and material management function
2. Supervise the procurement team, including expeditors, site materials controllers and logistics
co-ordinator
3. Review and up date procurement section of project execution plan
4. Review, approve, develope and update of request for quotation
5. Prepare instruction to bidder
6. Identify long lead delivery item
7. Update project specific commercial evaluatuon form
8. Develope project procurement plat/Schedule and project specific procurement procedure
9. Train staff in project-specific procurement procedure and requirement
10. Review and approve purchase orders/change orders/bid evaluation
11. Monitor overall procurement progress
12. Interface with project management, engineering, QA/QC, Project Controls, accounting and
construction
13. Prepare different weekly/monthly reports
14. Manage close out of procurement activities including PO close out repot and over to operation
team
